I've been watching television more than usual and it's been giving me the biggest headache more then ever. I've been watching the local news and compared it with the news from BBC and there is a major difference in the train of thought. Americans seem to focus on "Evil" and "Good" thinking that's how the universe seems to work and then the other day while I left the television on as I was playing an online game I tuned into a quote from this one show for little girls, I think it was calle winks or something, that said that everyone is the sum of their experiences. That's the biggest load of bull I had heard that day and just added to my throbbing headache. Recently I've been watching the National Geographic channels as well. The information given from the shows they present is very informative, it's just that the way they deliver the message makes certain animals seem "Evil" instead of saying something like, "be careful with the nature of this animal that you shouldn't mess with......" They used a lot of overused phrases like, "poor defenseless... blah blah blah" and "Vicioius killers" giving them human traits. Crimany... What the hell are they trying to subliminally teach kids [and many adults] these days?!?!?!
There's always more than just two perspectives to any story. I wish these freakin' people would stop being so narrowminded.
